Background Story
Elizabeth has always been interested in making things work better.
Her early career began at IBM in the 80’s, where her roles included process improvement, customer service and business transformation. During her time on the Organisational Transformation team, Elizabeth developed and led 200 internal agents of change to help IBM compete with Apple. She coached Senior IBM Leaders and their teams to be agile, succeed and thrive; discovering what it takes to lead others on the journey of change.
In the early 90’s when coaching as a practice was still emerging, she was apprentice to world pioneers and ‘founding father’ coaches and authors: original Inner Game sports coach and co-inventor of the GROW model Alan Fine and internationally renowned transformative supercoach Michael Neill.
Elizabeth is a highly experienced master facilitator. She is trained in transformative and performance psychology and as an Executive Coach. She is accredited in psychometrics and NLP and is a certified practitioner of the paradigm-shifting, pioneering work of Sydney Banks on human potential.
Elizabeth is typically five years ahead of the zeitgeist - a pioneer who predicted and encouraged ‘work human’ trends in the early 2000’s such as; online coaching, remote working, wellbeing at work, enabling women as breadwinners, the need for diverse voices to be heard and a growing imperative for business to be a force for good.
In a world where AI will change everything, Elizabeth now predicts that leaders will need to understand and value more than ever what it means to be human; what humans need and what humans can uniquely bring.
Globally we are on the cusp of a shift in consciousness; in recognising what really matters for true success; for people, for our planet and for all to prosper.
Mission
To enable leaders who can lead real change with humanity, heart and wisdom; achieving true success.
Leaders who can balance Headpower - focusing on what will achieve the goal with Heartpower - focusing on what will serve the whole.
We all have both of these abilities (although we naturally lean towards our natural preference). Both are good. Both are powerful. Both are valuable. Both are necessary.
To enable this balance, Elizabeth enables leaders to empower themselves to lead with humanity, heart and wisdom. This ensures that they and those around them can thrive. For more on her approach
