For Executive Leaders leaders I offer a program of coaching and mentoring packages.
As a mentor, I can offer expertise and practical support on developing your optimum culture as well as guidance on any relationship challenges and how to get the best out of your board, colleagues or team.
I create packages that suit your own needs and rhythm with the aim for you to become independently self-sustaining.
Coaching involves an initial chemistry check, an Archetype analysis (if desired) followed by a rounded and detailed 360 feedback report. Then we conduct a program at your pace - usually six in-depth sessions or a program structured to suit you (either online or in-person).
